CBRE NE Seaport/Green Building

Andover resident Shawn W. Carroll has worked with CBRE/New England since 1999.  He has managed properties in Woburn, Billerica, Wakefield, and Boston.  He is responsible for the 3.5M rentable square foot Fan Pier project in Boston, as General Manager.  Shawn has a BS in Business Management from Boston College and is a U.S. Navy veteran having served onboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN-73).  Shawn lives in Andover with his wife and two children.  He is also a coach for the Andover Soccer Association.
