Plastic Surgery Missions Abroad
The Rotary Club of Andover partners
with Rotaplast and other Rotary clubs in District 7930 to
sponsor volunteer mission trips to developing nations such
as Guatemala, Colombia, and Romania.
Children with deformities such as cleft lip, cleft
palate, and burn scars receive free plastic surgery.
Club members participate on the team as medical and

Philippine Projects
Material for school uniforms was provided
for 300 children in grades K-6.

by Rotary.
Many would have only tatters to wear otherwise!
Also, Scholarships were provided
for deserving students at Cabancalan College.
Romanian Hospital Support
A Rotary Foundation Matching Grant was
used to provide an anesthesia monitor and medical textbooks
for a hospital in Romania.
Project Only a Child
The Rotary Club of Andover
provides support to a youth shelter and carpentry training
program for children living in Guatemala City streets.
This highly successful program provides a home, direction,
and spiritual leadership for these young people.

Exchange
Rotary sponsors numerous
projects which provide opportunities for U.S. and international
students and professionals to travel abroad both to learn
and to promote worldwide peace and cooperation between nations.
