DESCRIPTION:The District Learning Assembly originally scheduled for April 
 22 has been rescheduled to June 3. It is the District grants qualification
  seminar\, which trains Clubs on applying for in utilizing District manage
 d grants in their communities and global grants throughout the world. Atte
 ndance by two Club members at the seminar automatically qualifies a Club. 
   The assembly provides motivation\, networking opportunities and special
 ized training to strengthen Club administration\, service projects\, membe
 rship and annual grant qualification.    Key Reasons for the Importance 
 of District Assembly:     • Leadership Development: It trains incoming 
 Club Presidents\, Secretaries\, Treasurers and Committee Chairs\, equippin
 g them with the skills needed for their roles.   • Strategic Alignment:
  Participants learn about the new Rotary International President's theme a
 nd the District Governor's goals\, helping align local efforts with global
  initiatives.   • Networking and Exchange: It brings together Rotarians
  from across the District\, fostering fellowship and the sharing of new id
 eas to make Clubs more effective.   • Foundation and Project Training: 
 The Assembly provides essential training on the Rotary Foundation\, grant 
 management and youth protection\, enabling Clubs to execute successful pro
 jects.   • Club Success Factor: Full representation and participation i
 n the district assembly are often key predictors of a Rotary Club's succes
 s for the year.  The training is generally geared toward incoming leaders
  and Committee Chairs to prepare them for their term\, ensuring a smooth t
 ransition and increased\, sustained impact at the Club level.    Registr
