 with the following: Room setup (starting at 3 pm)  Silent auction setup (
 starting at 3 pm) Check-in table (starting at 4:45 pm) Door greeters (star
 ting at 5:15 pm) 50/50 Raffle Sales (starting at 5:30 pm) Silent auction c
 heckout (after the auction closes) Breakdown and clean up (following the e
 vent's conclusion).  Feel free to sign up for more than one role.  You do
  not need to be a member of our club to help at the event. If you have any
