I also encourage you to reach out to someone in the community or a business colleague and invite them to join us. Our goal is to have 300 people in attendance, and we need your help to get there.
Last Thursday, a great group of Andover Rotarians volunteered as meal servers at the Robb Center (Andover Senior Center) for the Elder Services Spring Formal.
Dressed in captain’s hats and blue aprons, our volunteers helped plate and serve a delicious Shrimp Scampi dinner to local seniors. Their friendly service and Rotary spirit made the evening extra special.
Thank you to all who gave their time to support this wonderful community event. Your efforts truly reflect Service Above Self!

Vinnytsia Endoscopic Equipment Update A message from Jaroslav Radega, Head of the Center for Highly Specialized Endoscopic Diagnostics & Treatment at the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital.
The equipment has been received and the engineers will begin its commissioning. After that, the equipment will be officially handed over to the hospital.
This contribution is extremely valuable for the development of our institution and improving the quality of medical care. Thanks to modern equipment, we will be able to improve diagnostics, speed up examinations and provide our patients with medical services at the highest level.
We sincerely thank you for your support, concern and willingness to help the community.

Full House for Town Manager’s Town Meeting Preview
Last Friday, our weekly meeting drew a full house as Andover Town Manager Andrew Flanagan provided a preview of the upcoming Town Meeting. Members and guests filled the room, reflecting strong community interest in the decisions ahead.
Flanagan walked attendees through key warrant articles expected to come before Town Meeting, offering helpful context on priorities, potential impacts, and what residents can expect in the weeks ahead. His presentation gave a clear, high-level overview while also addressing questions from the audience on specific items.
The session was both informative and timely, equipping members with a better understanding of the issues that will shape Andover’s near-term future. We thank Town Manager Flanagan for sharing his insights and helping keep our community informed and engaged.
Town meeting will start on Tuesday, April 28th.

Bourbon After Five Brings Rotarians Together
Last Friday, Rotarians and friends gathered at Rotarian Mark Spencer’s business for a lively “Bourbon After Five” social—and a great time was had by all.
The evening offered a relaxed setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy good conversation outside of our regular meetings. Guests sampled a variety of spirits while sharing stories, laughter, and camaraderie around the table. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy for both longtime members and newer faces to feel right at home.
Events like this remind us that Rotary is not only about service, but also about building strong friendships and enjoying time together. Many thanks to Mark Spencer for hosting such a fun and memorable evening.
