Dine Out for a Cause: Chateau Andover Fundraiser This Thursday!
Get ready for a delicious way to support our community! This Thursday, September 10th, the Rotary Club of Andover is hosting a fundraiser at The Chateau in Andover (131 River Road) to benefit the Andover Rotary Charitable Trust.
Whether you are looking to enjoy fellowship with fellow Rotarians or grab a quick meal on the go, there are plenty of ways to participate:
Join the Group Tables: Sign up HERE to reserve a seat and join us for lunch at 12:30 PM or dinner at 5:30 PM. The reservation is under "Kiesel".
Dine or Take Out on Your Own Schedule: Can't make the group times? No problem! Any purchase made between 11:30 AM and 9:00 PM—including dine-in, take-out, or online orders—will count toward our total.
Spread the Word: Bring your family, coworkers, and friends along to help maximize our impact.
How to Make Your Order Count:
Dine-In or Phone Orders: You must mention "FLAG YOUR CHECK" to your server or phone representative.
Online Orders: Add the item "Fundraiser" to your digital cart, and type "Rotary" under the special instructions section.
The Chateau will generously donate 20% of all qualifying sales (before tax) directly to the Andover Rotary Charitable Trust. Let’s turn a great meal into a major impact for our club's charitable initiatives!

Rotarians in Action: Service and Connections at Lazarus House
Our members continue to make a hands-on difference in the community! Last Wednesday, Rotarians Jim Greeley and Al Timm volunteered their morning at the Lazarus House Ministries Food Pantry, assisting with their vital food distribution efforts.
The spirit of Rotary is all about connection, and Al beautifully demonstrated this by inviting his neighbor, Mike Wartman, to join the team as a friend of Rotary. Together, the trio helped serve an incredible 1,983 people who came through the line to receive essential groceries.
Beyond the numbers, the day was filled with powerful moments of connection. A fellow volunteer shared a deeply moving story with Mike, explaining that Lazarus House had taken him in when he was experiencing homelessness. Today, he returns regularly to give back. It was a beautiful, firsthand reminder of how the kindness we support comes full circle.
A huge thank you to Jim, Al, and Mike for giving their time, and to Lazarus House Ministries for their tireless, life-changing work in our community.
