In the words of Frankie Valli, “Oh, what a night!” Okay, it should be “Oh, what a week!”
The week of November 10th was one for the Rotary books.
The Club was honored to recognize Peter Witman, Commander of the American Legion at the District Heroes Celebration on Wednesday. Thanks, to the 12 Rotarians that joined to celebrate and honor Peter.
Thursday night was our inaugural nuBingo Music Extravaganza! Many of us danced the night away and celebrated 30 years of Andover Rotary serving the community. Thanks to Don, Doug, and Diana along with the fundraising committee for their hard work to pull this event off. And thanks to Mark Spencer for donating back his 50/50 winnings to the Club!
We ended the week with our weekly meeting at which Rich Rainville’s mother; Sylvia donated $1,000 in memory of her husband Roger. This donation will be earmarked to our ongoing scholarship program. Thank you to Sylvia for her thoughtful donation.
As we all gear up for Thanksgiving next week many of us are looking forward to Bourbon After 5 at Meredith’s House on Friday, 1776 at Andover High School and honor Paul and Margaret Salafia at the Service Club dinner on Saturday.
Thankful for you all!

Rotary District 7930 Bob Wood Memorial Heroes Celebration
Nov. 15th, Andover Country Club
Our club was proud to be well represented at the District 7930 Bob Wood Memorial Heroes Celebration last Thursday. During the event, 30 veterans from our community were honored as Paul Harris Fellows, including Peter Witman, Commander of American Legion Post 8. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition is a meaningful way to express our gratitude and appreciation for their service.

Congratulations Jean Leider,
a Paul Harris Plus Two!
A big hand to Jean Leider for being our newest Paul Harris Fellow Plus Two! ___________________
This Friday, Nov. 21 at the home of Meredith Mondejar.
This year, Giving Tuesday will be on December 2nd. This Global Day of Generosity is an opportunity for all Rotarians to make a big impact with a gift of any size. A donation to Annual Fund-SHARE supports projects we are passionate about, both here in our community and around the world. A gift to PolioPlus helps transport vaccines and immunize children to keep them safe.
The Rotary Foundation will recognize the top three clubs in fundraising, donor participation and online giving. Will you help make our club on of the TOP THREE this year?

We are honored to accept a $1,000 perpetual scholarship donation in memory of Roger Rainville. This lasting gift celebrates his legacy and ensures that future students will benefit from his spirit of generosity and commitment to education. Roger is survived by his wife, Sylvia Rainville, and his son, Rich Rainville, who is a valued member of our club. Their support and connection make this ongoing scholarship a meaningful tribute that will continue to inspire for generations to come.
