Citizens Who Care is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need the support of every club member to help secure sponsors, gather silent auction items, and drive ticket sales.
This will be a meeting of BOTH the current and incoming Boards.

The Rotary Leadership Institute will be held on Sat., April 26, from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Reading Memorial High School.
This is for anyone who would like to learn more about Rotary's programs, hone their leadership skills and share their ideas on enhancing club programs.
Continental breakfast, mid-morning coffee and lunch will be provided.

What happens in the White Mountains stays in the White Mountains
Rotarians and their spouses gathered the weekend of February 28th for the annual Club Winter Getaway in the White Mountain Hotel & Resort. The attendees this year included Steve and Fran Fink, Alan and Helene Michel, Ellen and Kevin Keller, Mark Spencer, Meredith Mondejar, and Gail Ralston and Bob Decelle.
After dinner, everyone gathered for a "Dessert Party" in the Ralston Suite, with desserts graciously provided by Hicham Kedadry. Alan Michael provided the music, and before long, the group was singing along! Saturday brought crisp, sunny weather, and some enjoyed hiking the trails, snowshoeing, getting massages, or relaxing in the outdoor heated pool. That evening, everyone shared a fantastic dinner together.
Planning for next winter’s getaway is underway and we hope you can join us next year!

Our Support in Ukraine Continues
This Wednesday, March 12th at Noon, we will hold a joint Zoom meeting with the Rotary Club of Vinnytsia (Ukraine) and the University of Pennsylvania Medical School to shape our partnership for the Endoscopy Project at Vinnytsia Regional Hospital.
The Rotary Club of Vinnytsia is already working to support doctors at Vinnytsia Regional Hospital and has agreed to be our local host club for our Global Grant application to Rotary International. Their role will include monitoring the hospital’s progress in receiving the equipment and training, planning for future needs, and helping the community understand the collaboration and its impact.
In Wednesday's meeting, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, clarify our goals, define our roles, and discuss how to move forward with the Rotary International Global Grant to support this exciting project.

From March 6th to 8th, the Northeast President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) took place at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel, where President Elect Ann Ormond represented our club.
Here’s a message from Ann: "A big thank you to everyone who wished me well as I attended PELS last weekend! There was so much valuable information shared, and I’m excited for the upcoming year. We’re going to bring fresh ideas to the table as a club. Remember, it’s not just my year—it’s our collective year! Looking forward to seeing you this Friday as we ‘Unite for Good.’" _____________________________________

~ Wednesday, Apr. 2nd, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm, help serve families at the Lazarus HouseFood Pantry.

Over 1,600 guests visited that day, setting a new record. Thanks to your efforts, fewer people went hungry.

Wishing our dear friend Jean Leider an unforgettable volunteer experience as she represents our club at the District 7930 Rotoplast Mission in Cebu, Philippines.
Jean's flight departed this past Saturday, and we can't wait to hear about her role in the mission at our breakfast meeting on May 16th.
