Friday's speaker will be our own inimitable Paul Salafia, who will update us on current issues in the Town of Andover, including updates on the Town Yard and related proposals on the Town Meeting Warrant, Andover's Opiate Action Plan, concerns about low voter turnout at town elections, et. al.
