David Hart has been a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Malden MA since 2007. His commitment to the Rotary Club of Malden and Rotary International is evidenced by the fact that he is a Sustaining Member and Paul Harris Society Member.  David has served as the Club President several times and currently serves as the Club Treasurer and Foundation Chair.  David’s District 7930 commitments include serving as Assistant Governor and he currently serves as Chair of the District 7930 DEI Committee.

Professionally, David is SHRM Certified, SHRM Veterans at Work, and SHRM Employing Abilities @ Work Certified Human Resource Professional. He works for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Health and Human Services as an Employment & Staffing Operations Manager.  In his HR role, David's passion is helping individuals with barriers to employment and to achieve economic self-sufficiency.  “Feed a man a fish, he will eat for a day…Teach a man to fish he will eat for a lifetime”.

David’s commitment to Service Above Self is demonstrated by his role as Board President of Concerned Advocates of New England (www.concernedadvocatesofnewengland.org) an advocacy organization founded by his father Charles over 50 years ago on behalf of his brother Christopher and others like him. Concerned Advocates of New England advocates for Intellectually and Developmentally disabled individuals, their families, friends, guardians, and caregivers throughout New England.  David and his organization strongly believe that "One Size Does Not Fit All" (www.onesizedoesnotfitall.org)

David is married to Elizabeth Hart and recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary. He and Elizabeth have a 11-year-old daughter Rhianna who is currently in the 6th  grade and an avid dancer and recently started her own business manufacturing and selling keychains.
